In compliance with this law, we have established a personal information governance framework, with the appointment of Chantal Paquin as the Person responsible for personal information, ensuring their protection. The personal data we hold is limited to our employees’ information, used exclusively for Human Resources management.
We would like to make it clear that in all our projects, we do not collect any personal information from the public, but it is possible that confidential data may pass through the servers of our third-party suppliers. We decline all responsibility for such incidents.
Our commitment to confidentiality includes the creation of a log to report any confidentiality incidents. We also take steps to minimize risk in the event of an incident, and will inform the Commission d’accès à l’information and the individuals concerned if an incident presents a serious risk.
In addition, we are committed to full compliance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, and to following the new rules regarding the disclosure of personal information without the consent of the person concerned. Although our company does not collect data from the general public, we recognize the importance of complying with legal obligations to citizens, protecting the data of minors, guaranteeing the right to cease dissemination, and respecting the new rules on the communication of personal information.
