The result of a collaboration between TechNuCom and the Customer Relations Center GMI (Groupe Marketing International), the CODA Web platform has been used for the past two years by GMI agents to provide customer service to companies entrusting BPO mandates to GMI.
Certified SOC 2 Type 2, the CODA platform is used to process subsidy applications submitted under Hydro-Québec’s LogisVert program.
Previously intended solely for GMI’s internal needs, CODA is now available to companies wishing to increase the efficiency of their employees’ processing and validation of documents sent by customers, via forms or e-mail.
Developed in Montreal on the basis of the Belgian ERP Odoo by the TechNuCom team, CODA is offered in SaaS (Software as a Service) or all-inclusive mode, in which GMI provides 24/7 agents to operate the platform on behalf of companies.
